Love his Lore series finished Monstrous Creatures, and already started this one so far very entertaining to read, and good writing style when telling these tales on page. Would recommend to anyone interested in tales of lore.
This is the third book by Aaron Mahnke I have read. This time he has written a spooky good book about places that are just a little scary. Now to be fair some of these places I have read of before or seen in documentaries, but that doesn't take away from the story it actually makes it more interesting. If you are a fan of the supernatural then this is one you have to read. However if it keeps you awake after reading don't blame me just say they are only old wives tales. To Aaron Mahnke I say good job and keep them coming.
Great installment to the World of Lore series. Great for history and folklore alike. Easy reading and excellent details. Highly recommend.
Aaron Mahnke has done it again with another great book. The final book of the Lore trilogy was just as good if not better than the first two. Any of the books can be read alone or as part of the series, they are each an amazing collection of short takes .
Good writer, but these short snippets of history have no real thread through them. Doesn't flow from chapter to chapter with a consistent or connected theme.
Love this book. I bought the whole series. Great reading.
